Terms of Use

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the KickVote mobile application or visiting our website (collectively, the "Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use KickVote. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements.

3. Account Registration & Security

KickVote uses Firebase Authentication for sign-in. You may register using a valid Google or Apple account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access. KickVote reserves the right to refuse registration or cancel accounts at its discretion.

4. KickCoins (Virtual Currency)

KickCoins are virtual credits used within the KickVote platform to cast Super Votes, join Versus duels, and submit Versus Requests. KickCoins have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred between accounts, or redeemed outside of the KickVote Service.

Free daily KickCoins are automatically granted upon login and expire at midnight WIB (UTC+7) if not spent. Purchased KickCoins do not expire and remain in your wallet until used.

KickCoins spent on any in-app action — including voting, Versus participation, and Versus Requests — are consumed immediately and permanently. Spent coins are non-refundable under any circumstances.

5. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

KickVote offers optional coin packages and subscription tiers (Fan, Super Fan, Elite) available for purchase through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All purchases are processed exclusively by Apple or Google; KickVote does not collect or store your payment information.

Subscription tiers grant additional daily KickCoins, higher vote weight multipliers, and exclusive visual perks. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled through your device's store settings at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

KickVote reserves the right to change subscription pricing and features. Price changes will be communicated in advance and will take effect at your next renewal.

6. Refund Policy

KickVote does not process refunds directly for any in-app purchase, coin package, or subscription. All refund requests must be submitted to the store through which you made the purchase:

• Apple App Store: Visit Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions, or go to reportaproblem.apple.com
• Google Play Store: Open the Play Store app > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions or Budget & history

KickVote has no control over, and accepts no responsibility for, store refund decisions. Refunds granted by a store will result in the corresponding KickCoins or subscription entitlements being revoked from your account.

7. Versus Requests

You may submit a Versus Request to propose a custom player or team duel. Submitting a Versus Request requires spending a non-refundable KickCoin fee. This fee is charged at the time of submission and will not be returned regardless of whether the request is approved or rejected by our moderation team.

KickVote reserves the sole right to approve, reject, or modify any submitted Versus Request. Approval is not guaranteed. If your request is approved, a live Versus will be created and you will receive a push notification. Rejected requests will include a brief reason from our team.

8. Voting, Fair Play & Anti-Cheat

KickVote is a fan engagement platform built on fair competition. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban:

• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to cast votes
• Operating multiple accounts from a single device to manipulate leaderboards or rewards
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or unintended system behavior for personal gain
• Purchasing, selling, or trading KickCoins, badges, or account access with other users
• Any other activity that artificially inflates vote counts or undermines the integrity of the platform

KickVote's anti-cheat system monitors voting patterns and device fingerprints. Suspicious activity may result in votes being nullified, coins being forfeited, or accounts being permanently banned without prior notice.

9. Rewards, Badges & Titles

Badges, titles, leaderboard positions, and any other earned status on KickVote are granted for fan-ranking and entertainment purposes only. They carry no real-world monetary value and cannot be sold, transferred, or redeemed for cash or goods outside the platform.

Physical or digital rewards (e.g., official merchandise, media spotlights) may be offered to top-ranking users at KickVote's sole discretion. KickVote reserves the right to modify reward structures, cancel reward programs, or withhold rewards from accounts in violation of these Terms at any time.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, graphics, software, and underlying technology on KickVote are the exclusive property of KickVote and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

Player and team names, logos, and related imagery used within the Service are the intellectual property of their respective owners. KickVote claims no ownership over third-party sports data or imagery.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. KickVote does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KickVote and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including loss of KickCoins, loss of progress, or account suspension, even if KickVote has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

13. Account Termination

KickVote reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or behave in a manner harmful to the platform or its community. Upon termination, your access to the Service, KickCoins, badges, and any earned rewards will be forfeited.

You may request voluntary account deletion at any time via our Account Deletion Page. Deletion requests are reviewed and processed by our admin team. Once approved, your account data is permanently erased.

14. Changes to These Terms

KickVote reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you through the app. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Indonesia.
